About Me
My name is Paulo Castaneda, CNMT, RT(N). I received a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Math at UCLA, then attended the VA Palo Alto Nuclear Medicine Technologist Training Program (NMTTP). After graduating, I received ARRT and NMTCB certifications and became licensed in California. I worked at VA Palo Alto and taught physics for the NMTTP . Currently, I am working as a nuclear medicine technologist for Stanford University Hospital. I am also the editor of the nuclear medicine category for the Open Directory Project.
Why NucMe?
I created this site because I needed a site like this when I was a student and I couldn't find one. Now that I have graduated and learned the hard way how to find the information I need, I wanted to share all the useful information needed in nuclear medicine in an easily accessible way for future students.
